End User Service Agreement

Subscriber certifies and agrees to the following Terms and Conditions:

          In the event You Are Your Resume is found liable to Customer arising out of or relating in any way to the services provided, such liability is expressly limited not to exceed the purchase price of the services. Customer agrees they are solely responsible to review and are solely liable for the accuracy of the content of any information in Customer.s documents. Any discrepancies should be reported by Customer to You Are Your Resume for revision, which must be reported at the time the first draft is completed; otherwise, additional charges shall apply to make revisions thereafter. Customer will receive the industry standard 50% refund of payment made for cancellations by Customer prior to the first draft being started. However, Customer must provide a cancellation request in writing which must be received by You Are Your Resume prior to creation of the first draft being started to qualify for the refund, otherwise Customer will not be entitled to any refund. Cancellation fees are applicable to any future orders. Due to the non-returnable nature of digital deliverables, no refunds are available for any reason after the first draft is started. In the event time exceeds 60 days and the customer does not begin resume process with the You Are Your Resume Consultant and customer requests refund, a $60 fee will be required to cover consultation and administrative fees. You Are Your Resume guarantees it will continue to work with the Customer until the documents are to Customer.s complete reasonable satisfaction.  You Are Your Resume reserves the sole right to offer, negotiate and honor any individual or group discounts for services on a case-by case basis without any obligation to have to do so. The laws of the State of Georgia self govern the Terms and Conditions of this agreement, without regard to principles of conflicts of law.  The parties consent and agree to personal jurisdiction solely in the State and Federal courts of Georgia for any cause of action arising out of or in connection with this agreement venue shall be solely proper in the appropriate state court within Douglas County in Georgia or Federate court in the Northern District of Georgia.
